Beef Short Rib Soup

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds of short ribs

  • 1 pound Korean radish

  • Some 2" long green onions & 5 plump garlic cloves

  • Some LGM Chili Sauce with any flavor you prefer 

  • Some Soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, & sugar

Instruction

  • Boil a large pot of water, drop the ribs in for few minutes

  • Rinse and clean ribs & the pot.

  • Prepare a new clean pot with 5-6 cups water, add in short ribs, radish, onion, garlic and ginger, 1 - 2 tablespoons  soy sauce, 1/4 tablespoon salt, some sugar, & some LGM chili sauce. 

  • Bring it to a boil for 30 minutes over high heat.

  • Reduce the heat to medium low, remove all the vegetables except radish, add 1 cups hot water, continue to boil until the meat is tender.

  • Add some more salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, green onions, and LGM chili sauce depends on your own taste. 

  • Keep low heat for another hour or hour and half, then it's ready to serve.    

Spicy LGM Craw Fish

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 large white onion, 1 bottle of beer

  • 2-3 pounds of Craw-fish

  • Some LGM Chili Sauce with any flavor you prefer 

  • Some Soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, green onions, and sugar

Instruction

  • Bring a large pot filled half way with water to a boil. Add craw-fish, oil, onion and 2 tablespoons beer to boil 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, clean craw-fish, rinse until water runs clean. 

  • Prepare a new clean pot with 5 - 6 cups of water, add in craw-fish, garlic, ginger, 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/3 tablespoons of salt, some sugar, some  LGM chili sauce, 1/4 tablespoon beer.  

  • Bring it to a boil with high heat, keep boiling for few more minutes.

  • Add some more salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, and LGM chili sauce depends on your own taste, then it's ready to serve.    

LGM Family Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chicken soup broth

  • 1 cooked egg, some green vegetables, some small pieces of beef or chicken

  • Some LGM Chili Sauce with any flavor you prefer 

  • Some salt, pepper, garlic, & onion

Instruction 

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. 

  • Add onion, garlic, and some beef or chicken in small bite sizes, and stirring for few minutes until they turn into golden brown color. 

  • Add chicken soup broth and 3-4 cups of water to boil.  

  • Add noodles, continue to  cook, stirring often, until tender, might take 6 to 7 minutes.  

  • Add in green vegetables for one to two minutes. 

  • Last, take out the ready to serve noodles, veggie, beef or chick in a bowl, add some LGM chili sauce, pepper, and some salt, very top add one boiling egg.   

  • A simple and delicious noodle soup is ready to serve. 

LGM Pan Fry Oysters

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water, 1 Lb oysters, 

  • tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon corn oil or olive oil, 1/4 tablespoon cooking wine, 

  • Some LGM Chili Sauce with any flavor you prefer 

  • Some green onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper, & sugar

Instruction

  • Boil 4 cups water in pot and add oysters for 10-15 seconds .

  • Remove out the oysters with slotted spoon to drain.

  • Blend cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water 

  • Heat oil in wok, add wine, oysters, green onion, garlic, & ginger, and stir fry for15 seconds.

  • Add cornstarch mixture and stir fry 1 minute.

  • Last add LGM chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, and very few sugar.    

  • Enjoy.

LGM Pasta and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 White Onions cut into slices

  • Some Garlic

  • 1/4 lb grounded pork

  • 2 tablespoon LGM Chili Mushroom Sauce, 1 tablespoon LGM  Fry Chili in Oil, 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce 

  • 1 lb Pasta and Noodles

Instruction 

  • Prepare one pot of drinkable water to boil, add 1 lb Pasta and Noodles into the pot cook till it's ready to eat.

  • Take out the pasta and noodles, use cold water to rinse until the pasta and noodles turn cold. 

  • Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. 

  • Add onion, garlic, grounded pork, and stirring for few minutes until they turn into golden brown color. 

  • Add Pasta and Noodles, add LGM Chili with Mushroom sauce LGM Chili in Oil sauce,  and soy sauce, mix stir well for very few minutes. 

  • An awesome Chinese fusion pasta is ready to serve. 

LGM Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • One bowl of cold ready to eat Rice 

  •  Two Eggs scrambled & set aside

  • 1/2 White Onion cut into slices 

  • Some garlic, Oliver Oil, Salt, and 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce 

  • 1 tablespoon LGM Spicy Chili Crisp Sauce

Instruction

  • Add Olive Oil, Garlic, and Onion to a wok, stir fry till all color turns brown. 

  • Add two eggs in the cold rice and mix evenly, add to the wok, and stir fry evenly for few minutes

  • Add LGM Sauce, Salt, Soy Sauce into the wak.  

  • Stir fry till everything is nice and evenly heated. ã€€

  • An easy and delicious Fried Rice is ready to serve.
